Support

Synergetic client support agreements incorporate several essential aspects:

Development and Enhancement of Applications

In response to the evolving system needs of clients, resources are dedicated to ongoing software development and enhancements to modules.
The support agreement provides client schools with Synergetic upgrades. In practice, new versions are normally released each six month period.
You must maintain licenses of the current version of other required software such as Windows 2000/2003 Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Reports v9/10. If new versions of this software, particularly SQL Server and Crystal Reports become available, you must upgrade to these new versions as advised. We will notify you as soon as these versions are announced and released, to enable you to plan their implementation.
Under the support agreement, any data conversion software required for compatibility with new versions is provided.

A fully operational support desk is available from 8.00 am to 6.00 AEST pm each business day. We endeavour to provide a response within 1 hour.

Support desk communications (telephone, e-mail and modem) are organised to respond to support requests on a priority needs basis of the client.

 

 

Other types of support calls are invited but may incur a charge.
Support is provided by the Synergetic support team.
Client schools are required to have a modem link available for file transfers and support.

New web access development

New development in Synergetic allows the viewing of student results using a web interface in real time. Using C#.NET and advanced server-side technology, access student results and export Adobe Acrobat ® Portable Document Format files (PDFs) straight to your desktop!
