Training

Training sessions are available in the use of the Synergetic ® software, and advanced courses using Crystal Reports ® and Microsoft Query ® for elaborating on data extraction techniques.

Sessions can be provided either at our on-site premises, or alternatively held at a location more convenient for you.

Travel and out of pocket travel expenses

For clients based beyond the Melbourne metropolitan area, travel costs are charged at standard per km rates. Interstate clients are charged the standard economy return airfare. Out of pocket expenses will be charged when visits require overnight accommodation, parking or toll charges.

Requests for On-site Support

If clients specifically request on-site visits to attend to system problems or upgrades, charges will include travel and on-site time at the current hourly rate. Travel costs will be charged as detailed above.
